The carriage ride to the church and then away from it again after our wedding is one of our best memories of a very special day. With drizzle threatening (this was May Day, after all), we had the carriage roof on, which worked perfectly. The carriage looked beautiful, decked out in gorse flower (our favourite flower), which must have taken a lot of effort and some dragon-hide gloves and Chip was a star in every way. For us, the pace was perfect. We had an oasis of calm before the reception when we could reflect on the church service and enjoy being out in the fresh air and, as we trundled through the country lanes, so many passers-by called congratulations and good wishes to us. We knew we could trust Chris completely for all the timings and arrangements and could not recommend him and his team more highly.
